2. Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, the following terms apply:
- Source code packages are delivered immediately upon purchase. Once the download link has been accessed or the code has been delivered, the product is considered consumed and is not eligible for a refund.
- Premium website upgrades involve custom design and development work. Once work has commenced on your upgrade, refunds are not available for the completed portion of work.
3. Hosting and Subscription Services
3.1 Annual Hosting Subscriptions
Our hosting service is billed annually. The following refund terms apply:
- Within 14 days of purchase: You may request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the hosting service, provided your website has not been deployed to a custom domain.
- After 14 days: Hosting subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your website will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable, as domain names are registered with third-party registrars on your behalf.
3.2 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time through the client portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- Your website will remain live until the end of the current paid period.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
- Website data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription expires, after which it may be permanently deleted.
4. Custom Development Services
For custom website design and development projects:
- Before work begins: A full refund may be issued if you cancel before any design or development work has started.
- Work in progress: If work has already commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide a written breakdown of completed work upon request.
- Completed projects: Once a project has been delivered and accepted, it is not eligible for a refund.
